Chi Apex employs the basic Tai Chi core principles of deep breathing in conjunction with fluid body motion and mental concentration. Lateral Shoulder Press

As partially illustrated in the figure, wherein FIG. A and FIG. B subsequently demonstrate the Lateral Shoulder Press muscle training for left Arm/Shoulder and right Arm/Shoulder using the same preferred embodiment of the Asymmetric Physical Exercise System illustrated in the lateral pull exercise. In this arrangement, the rigid platform 5 is the lower portion of a rigid frame, and the arm that carries the bias load generating means 8 becomes the trainee member since it must resist the additional load beside the isometric load.
