The Roman chair sit up is often termed, the "Rocky" sit up
because this the movie that made this exercise popular.
This exercise is very effective but one that shouldn't be attempted by
beginners. This is a very advanced exercise and on that is very difficult to
perform.
If you can't do regular sit ups yet, you shouldn't attempt this exercise. Try
this exercise once you have mastered the regular or incline sit up. Also, this
exercise puts alot of strain on the lower back so if you have problems in this
area, stay away from this exercise.
