Bánh Hạt Sen

 

Nguyên Liệu

- 1/2 kg hạt sen khô
- 1/2 kg đường trắng
- Giấy gói bánh

Cách Làm

Hạt sen rửa sạch, cho vào song gang đổ nước ngập hạt sen, nấu cạn nước bớt lửa nhỏ 10 phút, hạt sen chín, nhấc xuống, xay nhuyễn và trộn đều với đường. Bắc lên bếp khuấy đều trên lửa nhỏ đến lúc bột khô, khuấy nặng tay và thử không dính tay là được

- Đổ bột ra mâm, trải rộng, ấn bột chặt và vuông cạnh, dùng dao cắt thành những ô vuông cạnh 2cm x 2cm cho vào ḷ nướng 3 phút, đem bánh ra để thật nguội gói vào giấy, cho vào keo đậy kín để chỗ mát
