Carp with Galangal Sauce (Ca Chep Kho Rieng)

3 carp or halibut steaks
1 tablespoon julienned galangal
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon caramel syrup
1/3 cup water
Cách Làm
Saute fish in oil with galangal.
Ađ fish sauce, caramel syrup, and water.
Braised with medium heat on both sides until fish is donẹ
Arrange on platẹ Serve with steamed ricẹ
