Eggplant
In A Spicy Sauce

1lb Asian eggplants, sliced lengthwise
4 red chili, discard seeds
4 green chili, discard seeds
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon oil
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lime juice
Cách Làm
Fry the eggplant until haft-cooked.
Crush chili and onions in a mortar with a pestle
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chili paste, ađ salt, until the
aromas develop.
Stir in the lime joice, ađ eggplant, mix well.
