Fish In Tomato Sauce (Ca Chien Sot Ca Chua)

1 fish (mandarin)
1 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
pinch salt
2 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon chestnut powder
Cách Làm
Clean the mandarin fish, take the miđle part
and remove the bones, knife its top open and keep the bottom linked, coat it
with the paste made from salt, wine, water chestnut powder.
Fry the miđle part to be done and place it in a dish.
Then fry the head and tail to be done and also place them in the dish.
Mix up tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, braise the mixture into paste and pour it
on the fish.
