Cake (Bánh Phất)
Nguyên Liệu
- 600g of cassava
- 300g of shrimp
- 100g of pork fat
- 6 teaspoons of cooking oil
- 1 bowl of sugar
- 3 onions, some pepper, salt and a little monosodium glutamate
Cách Làm
- Make the stuff of shrimp (see "Bánh Lá")
- Make the dough as following:
+ Dissolve 1 bowl of cassava and 1 bowl of sugar into 1 1/4 bowl of water
+ Pour in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Stir well.
- Boil the water in a steaming pot. Put a plate in the steamer. Pour in the
plate a large spoon of the dough. Put on the nid. The cake is wellđone when
it looks clear.
- Stand the plates of cake cool. Then spread a line of stuff about 3cm from the
edgẹ Fold the cake into three parts.
- Display on a clean plate to servẹ
