Soup of Lotus Seeds Coated With Longans

- 100g fresh lotus seeds. (The cover of which
should be dark brown)
- 100g big fresh longans
- 500g sugar
Cách Làm
1. Peel both hard and thin covers off the lotus
seeds then cut the two ends. Soak them in water for 10 minutes. Remove the hears
of the lotus seeds with a toothstick
2. Clean the lotus seeds again then steam or boil until they become tender but
whole
3. Dissolve 250g sugar into 3 tablespoons of water. Boil the mixture under low
heat. Ađ in the boiled lotus seeds. Simmer until they are drỵ Take
them out
4. Clean and peel the longans. Remove the seeds as careful as possible so as to
keep the pulp in the wholẹ Put the lotus seeds inside the longan pulps.
Then put them in bowls
5. Dissove 300g of sugar into 5 bowls of water. Boil and skim. Then stand it
until cool. Pour it into the bowls of lotus seeds coated with longans
