Xôi lá dứa



VẬT LIỆU VÀ CHUẨN BỊ (Ingredient And Preparation)
1kg nếp ngon không lộn gạo

1/2 muỗng cà phê muối bọt

300g dừa khô

15 cọng lá dứa

Lá chuối lót xửng

CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)
*Chuẩn bị :

Nếp vo sạch, cho vào nước lá dứa ( có thể cho thêm vài giọt màu xanh lá cây ). Nước ngập mặt nếp, ngâm 2 giờ, vớt ra để ráo trên rổ.
Lá dứa 10 cọng cắt nhuyễn, đem xay với nước lạnh bỏ xác vắt thành 3 chén nước lá dứa, dứa còn lại quấn làm 3 cho vào xôị
Dừa : cho nước ấm vào vắt lấy từ 6-8 muỗng súp nước cốt.
*Thực hiện :

Xửng nước sôi, lót lá chuối dưới xửng, cho nếp vào + lá dứa + muối đem hấp tiếp tục, Rưới nước cốt dừa vào xôi, làm như vậy đến khi nếp chín mềm.
Xôi này khi dùng ăn với đường, muối mè, dừa nạo sợi lên mặt .
