Five Essential Weight Loss Foods 1. Millet: The millets are a group of small-seeded species of cereal crops or grains, widely grown around the world for food and fodder. Eating a balanced diet to lose weight should include eating fresh fruits, and pomegranates are a wonderful example of a healthy, nutritious fruit that has antioxidant properties and will help prevent cancer.
