2 tablespoons nuoc mam (plain fish sauce)

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

2 green onions, mashed

3 garlic cloves, mashed

The 5 above mentioned ingredients can be put into a blender and mixed. Marinate the pork for one hour at room temperaturẹ Grill over medium heat with charcoal until golden brown. Seves 5
