Shreds
of Head Pork Coated With Gua and Leaves (Tre)
Nguyên Liệu
- 500g of boiled head pork (or 300g of boiled head
pork and 200g of boiled tenderloin)
- 100g of beef
- 1/2 tin of sesame (without outer layer)
- 7 gloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 40 teaspoons of rice (uncooked)
- 60 small strips of banana leave (5cm x 15cm)
- 60 leaves of guava tree
- a long string to tie
- 50g of galingale
- 3 tablespoons of delicious "nuoc mam"
- 20 pieces of banana leaves (20cm x 15cm)
- some nutgrass
Cách Làm
1- Fry the sesame until it turns golden brown
2- Slice the galingal into shreds
3- Cut the garlic into thin slices
4- Wash the rice, then soak it in water for awhilẹ Then dry it until it
turns golden brown. Grind it as tender as possible
5- Grind the beef to be tender
6- Boil the "nuoc mam" on medium heat. Ađ in the sugar until the
mixture becomes somewhat thick
7- Cut the head pork into 8 pieces. Boil them then grill them slightlỵ Cut
the pork into thin slices.
8- Mix all the ingredients up
9- Pack up as following
a) Place a piece of banana leave (20cm x 15cm)
b) Put three strips of banana leave (5cm x 15cm) on it
c) Put three guava trees on
d) Spread three tablespoons of the ingredients on, then roll up. Tie the two
ends. Cover with nut grass. It is ready to serve after 3 days
