This recipe can be done when crabs with soft shell are availablẹ Young,
small hard shell crab can also be used.
3 crabs (2 lbs) for 4 servings
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Cách Làm
Clean the crabs and cut each crab in 4 pieces. Keep
the shell for decoration. Season crab pieces with 1/4 tablespoon salt, garlic
and onion. let stand 5 min. Remove crab pieces. Keep spices separately, ađ
sugar and remaining salt (3/4 tablespoon)
Heat pan, ađ 3 tablespoons oil, fry crab pieces and shell, cover on until
done, about 30 min. Ađ remaining spices and brown uncovered all ingredients
for 10 min.
