BẮP NẤU CUA



VẬT LIỆU VÀ CHUẨN BỊ (Ingredient And Preparation)
- 10 Trái bắp tươi + non
- 4 con cua – ½ kg xương heo.
- 2 lít nước – Hành lá, ngò - 2 muỗng xúp bột mì tinh
- 2 muỗng xúp nước mắm - Muối, bột ngọt.

CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)
1. Chuẩn bị

- Bắp : lột vỏ, rửa sạch, xắt lát mỏng.
- Cua : rửa sạch, hấp chín, rỉa lấy thịt.
- Xương heo : rửa sạch chặt khúc nấu với 2 lít nước để lấy nước ngọt.
- Hành lá, ngò : lặt, rửa, xắt nhỏ.

2. Chế biến

- Cho bắp + muối (độ ½ muỗng cà phê) vào nước xương heo, quậy thường cho đến khi bắp chín.
- Để thịt cua vào quậy đều.
- Quậy bột mì tinh tan trong nước lạnh, cho vào nồi xúp, quậy đến khi bột trong.

3. Trình bày

- Nêm nước mắm, bột ngọt, tiêu nhắc xuống.
- Rắc hành ngò
