Súp Cà Chua



VẬT LIỆU VÀ CHUẨN BỊ (Ingredient And Preparation)
500g cà chua chín đỏ, còn tươi hoặc 1 hộp sốt cà (khoảng 200g)
200g thịt nạc gà, xay nát
5 quả trứng cút
Hạt nêm, tiêu, đường
Rau mùi, bột ngô

CÁCH LÀM VÀ TRÌNH BÀY (METHODS)
Cà chua bỏ hạt, hấp chín, bóc vỏ, xay nhuyễn
- Trộn thịt gà với cà chua, đun nhỏ lửa, nêm hạt nêm và một chút đường. Khi sôi, vặn nhỏ lửa, khoảng 5 phút sau, hỗn hợp chín. Cho một ít bột ngô pha loãng vào để hỗn hợp hơi sánh
- Trứng cút luộc chín, bóc vỏ, cắt đôi hoặc cắt lát

Thưởng thức:
- Múc súp ra bát, đặt trứng cút lên trên, rắc thêm vài lá rau mùi. Dùng nóng kèm với bánh mì
- Nếu không chế biến bằng cà chua tươi, có thể thay cà chua hộp, cách nấu tương tự. Súp phải hơi sánh
