Carrot and Sweet Radish in Vinegar (Cu Cai Carot Chua)

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium carrot 1 icicle radish, same size as carrot 1 cup water
2 teaspoons vinegar 2 teaspoons granulated sugar dash of salt


1 To cut the carrot and icicle radish into flower shapes, cut several lengthwise wedges out of each of these vegetables and slice them paper thin.
2 Combine the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Put the vegetables into the marinade for 1 hour before serving. Remove the marinade and serve
