Bring the water to a boil and add the drumsticks.
Simmer for 30 minutes or until the drumsticks are cooked. Discard
the water and remove the chicken meat from the bones and shred it.
In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken meat, onion, mint, salt,
pepper, cayenne peppers, green onions, and coriander leaves.
Sprinkle with the peanuts. Serve with Savory Fish Sauce. |
