Soak the cellophane noodles in warm water for 20
minutes, then drain and chop fine. Combine the beef and ground pork.
Add the cellophane noodles and the remaining ingredients and mix
well with your hands. Transfer the mixture to a boil, then place the
bowl in a pot of water reaching halfway up the bowl. Bring to boil;
turn the heat down to medium and cover the pot (but not the bowl, as
you want the wet steam to circulate freely and cook the food). Steam
for 40 minutes. |
