Hồ Ngọc Hà (born 25 November 1984) is a Vietnamese model-turned-to-entertainer. She became famous when she won first prize in the supermodel contest of Vietnam in 2003 and 2004. Since then, she has begun working as an actress and singer.

Biography

Hồ Ngọc Hà was born in Đồng Hới city, Quảng Bình province to a banking family. Her paternal grandfather was French. She studied piano at the Military College of Arts. She is now living in Ho Chi Minh City.

Personal life

On April 20, 2010, Hồ Ngọc Hà confirmed in an interview that she was pregnant. The father, Nguyễn Đức Cường (more commonly known as "Cường Đôla"), is said to be one of the richest men in Vietnam, though she prefers to keep quiet about their relationship. "I never wanted to talk to the press about Cường. If my lover was not Cường, there would have never been this kind of manhunt. But this is normal curiosity, and nobody knows the truth better than me. I’ve got a stable career and at the age of 26, I have the right enter a new chapter of my life." She has stated. She has also stated that the two have no plans for marriage. On June 21, 2010, Hồ Ngọc Hà gave birth to a baby boy, named Nguyễn Quốc Hưng, via caesarean section.
